Gallantic Inc. is a technology firm. We have spent a quarter century inside the world of Technology & Service Management, watching ITIL take hold, working through successive generations of HEAT and BMC Remedy, and building on ServiceNow since early in the platform’s life.

Gallantic was founded on a simple premise: technology should solve real problems, not create new ones. We build two SaaS products of our own (Nexus for ServiceNow analytics, Citadel for backoffice operations) and we consult on the ServiceNow platform.
